One-on-one sessions

If you're after a tailor-made class addressing your personal needs, or don't feel comfortable taking part in a group class, my one-on-one sessions will be perfect for you.

Depending on your needs these classes can target anything from improving your balance, increasing your flexibility, strengthening your core, improving your posture or enhancing your ability to focus. Just let me know what it is you are aiming for.

Taking place in either the comfort and privacy of your home or a mutually convenient location, these sessions will consist of of postures, breathing practices and a relaxation sequence. 

If you are keen to continue your yoga practice in your own time, I also can put together an individual training program for you (this is not included in your session fee). 

90-minute session $65 / Block of 5 sessions $300
